Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4oz Plain Flour

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 pint of Milk

  • 1/4 pint of Water

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl, add the egg, water and milk mixing well

  2. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F

  3. Heat a little fat in a yorkshire/cupcake tray until it is very hot

  4. Add the mixtrue to the tray and cook for 30 minutes
