2 Egg Whites
100g Caster Sugar
160g Desiccated Coconut
1/2tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions
Mix all the ingredient together in a large bowl
Shape the mixture into macaroon shapes and place on a non stick baking sheet (use an egg cup to shape the mixture)
Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly toasted
