Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Whites

  • 100g Caster Sugar

  • 160g Desiccated Coconut

  • 1/2tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredient together in a large bowl

  2. Shape the mixture into macaroon shapes and place on a non stick baking sheet (use an egg cup to shape the mixture)

  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly toasted
