Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Sausage meat

  • 1 pack of rolled puff pastry

  • 1 egg

  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F

  2. Cut the pastry into 6 equal rectangles (approx. 3"x10")

  3. Split the sausage meat into 6 equal parts

  4. Roll out the meat to the length of the pastry wrap with pastry

  5. Slice the roll into 1" chunks and place seam down on a lined baking sheet

  6. Beat the egg with a little milk and brush each roll

  7. Cook for 20 minutes
