Chili Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 10oz Penne Pasta

  • 1lb ground Beef

  • 1 cup chopped Onion

  • 2 tsp Chili Powder

  • 1 14.5oz can chopped Tomatoes

  • 1 8oz can Tomatoes Sauce

  • 1 cup Salsa

  • Shredded Mexican cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and drain

  2. Brown the beef and onion in a large skillet, drain

  3. Add the chili powder, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and salsa. Mix and cook for 5 minutes

  4. Mix the pasta into the sauce. Spoon into a deep baking dish

  5. Top with cheese and back at 350°F for 20 minutes
