2 x 1/4 oz (4tsp) Packets of Yeast
3 1/2 cups white bread flour
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk (at room temp)
1/2 Cup boiling water
1/4 cup butter (at room temp)
In a small bowl, mix the milk with the water, add the sugar, yeast, and butter. Stir until the yeast is dissolved and set aside for 10 minutes
In a large bowl mix the flour and salt
Add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix well
Knead until smooth and elastic
Place in a greased bowl, cover tightly with cling film and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes
Oil your hands and shape the dough into 14 equally sized rolls
Place in 2 lightly oiled deep cake tines (space 6 rolls around edge and one in the center)
Cover loosely with cling film and let it rise for another 15 minutes
Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes
Let them cool for 10 minutes before removing from the tin
