Apple Crumble
1 lb of Brambly Apples
2 oz Sugar
3 oz Sugar
4 oz Plain Flour
2 oz Margarines
Mix the flour and margarine, and rub together into breadcrums, add the sugar
Peel and slice the apples, add them to a pan with 1 tbsp of water, sprinkle with the 2 oz of sugar
Cover and slowly heat until the apples collapse (low heat about 30mins)
Place the apples in a glass dish and cover with the breadcum mixture
Cook for 35 minutes @190°F
