Apple Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Brambly Apples

  • 2 oz Sugar

  • 3 oz Sugar

  • 4 oz Plain Flour

  • 2 oz Margarines

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and margarine, and rub together into breadcrums, add the sugar

  2. Peel and slice the apples, add them to a pan with 1 tbsp of water, sprinkle with the 2 oz of sugar

  3. Cover and slowly heat until the apples collapse (low heat about 30mins)

  4. Place the apples in a glass dish and cover with the breadcum mixture

  5. Cook for 35 minutes @190°F
