Chicken Pie
2 Chicken breasts chopped
1 Red pepper chopped
1 small Onion chopped
4 Potatoes peeled and chopped
1 Pint of thick gravy
2 Ready rolled puff pastry
Boil the chopped potatoes for 10 minutes, and drain
Fry the chicken and onion for 5 minutes, add the red pepper for a further 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
Add the potatoes to the chicken, onion, pepper, and pour over the gravy
Line a large glass dish with puff pastry and pour in the chicken mixture
Cover the top of the pie with the remaining puff pastry
Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 300°F
