Pancakes (Crepes)

Ingredients

  • 4oz Plain Flour

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 pint of Milk

  • 1/4 pint of Water

Instructions

  1. Add the flour, the egg, water and milk into a bowl mixing well

  2. Heat a little fat in a frying pan until it is hot and add enough mixture to just cover the bottom of the pan

  3. Cook for a few minutes before flipping to cook the other side

  4. Serve with lemon juice and sugar
