Pancakes (Crepes)
4oz Plain Flour
1 Egg
1/4 pint of Milk
1/4 pint of Water
Add the flour, the egg, water and milk into a bowl mixing well
Heat a little fat in a frying pan until it is hot and add enough mixture to just cover the bottom of the pan
Cook for a few minutes before flipping to cook the other side
Serve with lemon juice and sugar
