1lb ground chicken (or turkey)
1/2 cup tomato bruschetta (drained) or Sun Dried tomatoes in oil (drained and diced)
1 egg
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard powder
1 pack puff pastry
1 egg beaten with a little milk
Preheat oven to 425f and line two baking sheets
Add the chicken, bruschetta, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, mustard, basil, and parsley to a box and mix thoroughly
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions
Split the pastry into 6 equal rectangles (along the fold lines if using the frozen package pastry)
Roll a mixture portion into a long snake and place on pastry
Roll pastry around the mixture and seal
Chop the roll into 6 equal portions and add 2 vent holes in the top (repeat for each portion)
Brush with egg wash and cook for 20 min
