Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Flour

  • 2 tbsp Sugar

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth

  2. Heat griddle and oil lightly

  3. Add approx. 1/4 cup of mixture per pancake, cook for approx. 1 minutes before flipping (as most of the bubble have popped / no new ones appear, cook the flip side for approx. 30 seconds
