Pizza

Ingredients

  • 600g 00 Flour

  • 8.5oz Water

  • 4.3oz Boing Water

  • 4 tsp salt

  • 4 tsp Instant SAF Yeast


  • 800g Tomatoes

  • 30g Olive oil

  • 4g salt

  • Handful of basil, roughly chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the boiling water into the cold and whisk in the salt & yeast.

  2. Place the flour in a mixing bowl and pour the mixture in

  3. Mix with a dough hook on the slowest speed for 10 minutes

  4. Tightly cover the bowl with cling film and leave for 1 - 2 hours in a warm place

  5. Divide the dough as required and leave to rise for approx. 20 mins


  1. Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat and fry the garlic for 30 to 60 seconds

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on a low hear for 20 minutes
