600g 00 Flour
8.5oz Water
4.3oz Boing Water
4 tsp salt
4 tsp Instant SAF Yeast
800g Tomatoes
30g Olive oil
4g salt
Handful of basil, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Pinch of black pepper
Put the boiling water into the cold and whisk in the salt & yeast.
Place the flour in a mixing bowl and pour the mixture in
Mix with a dough hook on the slowest speed for 10 minutes
Tightly cover the bowl with cling film and leave for 1 - 2 hours in a warm place
Divide the dough as required and leave to rise for approx. 20 mins
Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat and fry the garlic for 30 to 60 seconds
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on a low hear for 20 minutes
