Special Toffee

Ingredients

• 12 oz Brown Sugar

• 4 oz Butter

• 4 dsp condensed milk

• 3 dsp golden syrup

• 1 dsp vinegar

• 1 tbsp of water

Instructions

1. Mix it all together and slowly heat, until it bubbles for 25 minutes

2. To test drop a small ball of the toffee into a bowl of cold water and it should form a ball and not dissolve

3. Leave to cool completely
