Almond Cake

Ingredients

  • 7" Round Tin (8")

  • 6 oz Butter (8)

  • 9 oz Caster Sugar (12)

  • 3 Eggs (4)

  • 3 oz Ground Almonds (4)

  • 3 Drops Almond Essence (4)

  • 6 oz Plain Flour (8)

  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder (2)

  • 5 dsp Milk (7)

Instructions

  1. Line the tin

  2. Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly and place into the tin

  3. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300°F
