Sponge Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Self Raising Flour

  • 6 oz Caster Sugar

  • 6 oz Margarine

  • 3 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar and margarine together well

  2. Add eggs to the mixture and mix well

  3. Add the flour and mix well

  4. Divide between two cake tins (or 12 fairy cakes) and cook for approx 20 minutes @ 380°F.
